Gregg Avedon’s G-Force Circuit Club is a power packed 2-hour event where resistance meets force, where sweat runs freely and the participants become mentally and physically challenged. It’s not boot camp, it’s not Pilates, yoga, or step aerobics. This is no-nonsense resistance training mixed with core, plyometrics and strength movements to create a workout like none other. It’s a place that will inspire even the meekly-muscled to throw on a G-Force Circuit Club T-shirt and pound the steel like never before. Look up and you’ll see huge metal air ducts running across the massive ceiling like iron cobras stalking their prey. The steel door loading docks at the back of the gym overlook a concrete field where mammoth tractor tires and wheel barrows full of concrete cinder blocks lay ground to the battlefield of wills. This is where mortals become gladiators and pride ranks second to none. Bottom line: G-Force Circuit Club will help you sculpt a chiseled physique while getting you in the best shape ever!

Full Moon Circuit Club takes training to a whole new dimension. Training on a Friday night might not sound conventional to the average couch potato, but the gym gets packed with individuals ready and willing to take on the only workout of its kind. With no lights on, flaming torches ablaze and inspiring music from movies like 300, Rocky, and Gladiator, this is the stuff that legend is made of! For some Full Moon Circuit Club events we even have a DJ mixing music and raffles to win great prizes like supplements, duffle bags, and T-shirts.
Full moon Circuit Club is held on selected Friday's closest to the full moon. It normally begins at 8:15 pm and ends by 9:30 pm. Every once in a while we will offer a midnight Circuit Club beginning at 12 midnight which ends by 1:30 am. If you sign up to get on the mailing list, we will keep you up to date with each Full Moon Circuit Club event as they are planned. Be sure to also check this month’s events calendar. |

“Full Moon Circuit Club is for the truly dedicated. It’s inspiring to meet and train in the middle of the night with a bunch of like minded individuals that share your same passion. There’s a synergy that fills the gym that I cannot fully explain. You have to experience it for yourself!”

“No where else on earth can you approach a challenge with a sense…a feeling…that the person who accomplished that same challenge just seconds before you achieved greatness and now it’s your turn.”

“Circuit Club is a fun and exciting supplement to my week of weight training. It allows me to refine all my muscle groups while I get a very intense cardio workout.”

Circuit Club is an attitude. It is taking pride in embracing a challenge that tests our human capacity both physically and mentally. Qualification into this brotherhood is your opportunity to become woven into the fabric of a fraternity where camaraderie, support, motivation, and 100% strict effort rank supreme. These traits are not only expected, but demanded by each and every member. It is your solemn duty to maintain the integrity of Circuit Club and anything short of the mark deserves an

opportunity to “ring-out” and leave the Circuit Club premises until such time that 100% effort is restored. We refuse to let the cohesiveness of our brotherhood be compromised by the weak. Lack of effort will not be tolerated nor overlooked at any time. Lack of effort allows for failure and failure is: cutting sets short before the whistle is blown, skipping training stations, sitting without performing the movement at hand, and/or not challenging yourself by making the weight too light. We embrace pain as pain is our bodies adapting to change; to greatness. Our motto is “Prepare for Glory” and every member of the Circuit Club brotherhood must reflect that attitude in their actions at all times.

G-Force Circuit Club is held after business hours because it requires a certain atmosphere and exclusivity. Nobody is allowed into the gym during Circuit Club unless you have qualified in the 8/30 rule (8 pull-ups followed by 30 push-ups) and have a ticket. There are absolutely no spectators allowed.
Qualifications can be done on the day of the event (just show up about 15 minutes early) or at any time during BB3 business hours.
Tickets, G-Force Circuit Club T-Shirts, towels, drinks, and supplements may also be purchased on the day of the event or at any time during BB3 business hours.
In order to maintain a sanitary environment, towels are required and are NOT optional. This is strictly enforced. If you forget a towel, they are available for purchase at the front desk. |
 |
Effort is 100% strictly enforced. All participation rights are subject to be revoked at the sole discretion of G-FORCE (Gregg Avedon) at any time.
Circuit Club begins promptly at the designated time. Doors will be closed and locked once Circuit Club is set to begin. If you need to leave for any reason during Circuit Club, you must “ring-out” by ringing the large bell located at the gym entrance. |

Send an email to gavedon@att.net stating that you would like to join the G-Force Circuit Club mailing list and we will keep you up to date with any G-Force Circuit Club events and their times.

| "Can you handle Men’s Health model Gregg Avedon’s killer circuit training Class?" |
Orlando Sentinel
|
"This high-intensity group workout has an entry requirement of eight pull-ups and 30 push-ups where Avedon walks around a dim Sunrise, Fla., gym in a deserted industrial park, mapping out a training routine so strenuous that clients sometimes weigh this option: quit or vomit. It’s mostly weights and resistance training, but also kettlebells, a sledgehammer, medicine ball, core workout area and challenges such as pushing a wheelbarrow full of cinder blocks and flipping a tractor tire. The rest-and-recovery station is the treadmill!” |
| Los Angeles Times |
“G-Force pushes athletes beyond limits!” |
| NBC Washington |
“With the support of the guys around you and the watchful eye of world-class fitness professional Gregg Avedon, you’ll get through it. I did and so can you. It’s never easy, yet it’s always gratifying. If you’re ready to take charge of your body, gain muscle mass and get lean, G-Force Circuit Club is the ticket.” |
| Weston Lifestyle Magazine |
"There are tough workouts and then there are tough workouts! But when you've got a trainer like Gregg Avedon pushing you, you have little choice but to keep on going." |
| WIS Channel 10 South Carolina |
“About 30 men show up, and Avedon blows a whistle to start the first station. They work as hard as they can for 30 seconds, then have 20 seconds to recover and move to the next exercise.” |
| The Hour News, Connecticut |
"When regular workouts just aren’t enough…here’s an exercise class in South Florida provides a workout that's definitely not for the weak of heart, or anything else, for that matter." |
